He talked me through all the options and the “why” behind each one, making everything super clear. He even swung back later to sort an unrelated issue with barely any notice. Could not recommend Leak Solutions enough. We had a leak in our old water line and Shayne came around right away to assess the situation which was not straight forward due to the location of the leak and accessibility of where the water line met the house. He was super thorough, provided a reasonable quote in a short turnaround, and completed the works fast and professionally. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Shayne in comparison to other plumbing outfits which were not fast, had unreasonable pricing and did not give us the confidence that the leak could be fixed.

We had a burst water pipe and Shayne and his team came after hours to get to the bottom of the issue and offered a couple of options to sort. Great communication and his contractor was exceptional working late and in the weekend to achieve the result we needed. Also left a very tidy site considering what needed to be done. Definitely will use Leak Solutions if we have other issues going forward - highly recommend.
